My Berries Obsession

I’d like to admit that I am deeply in love with berries. I know it sounds weird, but I love eating them. Everytime I eat berries, it feels like all things that cause stress instantly go away. Well, I’m here to share my ways to eat berries.

In my opinion, the most simple way to eat berries is to mix them with other fruits. Sometimes, I just like to eat them directly from the box (typical lazy person). Or I usually put some yogurt in a bowl, then some berries, either chopped or not, and then I put some chopped bananas or mangoes or any other fruits. I also like to give it a hint of honey to sweeten it a little bit. And it’s done !

Another way to eat berries is to make a smoothie out of them. This way is a little bit time-consuming, but still simple. The ingredients are pretty much the same, but blender/juicer is needed for this one. I like to put some yogurt, chopped berries, some other chopped fruits such as mangoes or bananas or other fruits, and some ice cubes in the blender/juicer. Then, turn on the blender and wait until every ingredients are blended well so it can be turned off. If I feel like it needs to be sweetened, I will use honey because it is healthy.

If you have a cheat day or you probably don’t care about what you eat, you will be able to do another way to eat berries which is unhealthy and sometimes I do that too. You only need some strawberries and nutella as a dipping sauce, even though it doesn’t have that ‘cause’ consistency. Or you can either drizzle the strawberries with chocolate sauce. Basically, just anyway you like and don’t be afraid to experiment things like food.
